RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with what you purchase. We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please email us at email@example.com for more information about how to return items. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with original packaging. Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund, less shipping charges, in the original form of payment.
If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours. Defective products include holes, large misprints, and broken zippers.
PLEASE NOTE: many of our products are hand woven and hand printed. There may be small blemishes and imperfections, which we consider part of the charm. These are not considered defective.
We DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on SALE ITEMS.
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. You will receive email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
